It sits closer to the IP/commercial-operations side of legal tech than to firm practice management.

What We Found

Rightsline is based in Los Angeles. The vendor states its software processes more than $40 billion in royalties annually, manages over 150 million IP assets across 28 countries, and serves more than 300 enterprise organisations across eight verticals. In 2025 it reported a $500M investment from Hg to expand its rights management and AI operations platform. We have not independently verified the throughput or customer-count figures.
