Redbooth
What it is
What It Does
Redbooth is a general-purpose project management and team collaboration tool — task management, Gantt charts, file sharing, time tracking and video conferencing. It is not legal-specific software; it markets to companies of all sizes across all industries, and a law firm could use it the same way any business would. It sits at the project/task-tracking layer rather than in any legal workflow.
What We Found
Redbooth was founded in 2008 in Barcelona and is headquartered in San Francisco. It later merged with file-collaboration vendor AeroFS, keeping the Redbooth name. The vendor cites use by a broad set of large organisations (eBay, Spotify, Deutsche Telekom, Thomson Reuters among those named) but none of this is legal-practice-specific. Its integrations (Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Evernote, GitHub, Zapier, etc.) are general collaboration connectors.
What We Haven’t Verified
- The named customer list is vendor-published, not independently confirmed.
- Pricing tiers and current headcount — not captured here.
- Whether Redbooth belongs in a legal-tech directory at all; it is generic PM software.
