What It Does
Contract Intelligence is iManage’s AI-based data extraction product. It reads large volumes of contracts and other documents, then identifies, categorises, and pulls out key terms, clauses, and metadata into structured data that teams can export or feed into other systems. It is part of iManage, the document and knowledge management company used across law firms and corporate legal departments.
The underlying technology came from RAVN Systems, an AI company iManage acquired and folded into its product suite.
What We Found
iManage states that over a million professionals at more than 4,000 organisations in over 65 countries use its platform, including more than 2,500 law firms and 1,200 corporate legal departments. That figure is for iManage overall, not for the Contract Intelligence product specifically.
