Trialworks
What it is
What It Does
TrialWorks is a case-management platform aimed at litigation and trial attorneys. It handles matter and contact management, document management and generation, docketing and calendaring, and trial-preparation tools, with a “Master/Child” structure for managing mass-tort cases by linking individual client matters to a master MDL case. It is owned and sold by Assembly Software, the same company behind the Neos platform, which Assembly positions as TrialWorks’ successor product.
What We Found
TrialWorks has been on the market for decades and is now part of Assembly Software’s portfolio. Pricing is not published and is quoted on request based on firm size. It is listed on the usual review directories (Capterra, Software Advice), but we have not verified current review counts or scores.
What We Haven’t Verified
- Current pricing — not published; demo required.
- Review scores and counts on third-party directories.
- The exact status of TrialWorks versus Neos for new customers (Assembly markets Neos as the more current platform).
- Founding date, headquarters and headcount as a standalone — it now operates under Assembly Software.
