The product is positioned at small and mid-sized law firms that already run on Microsoft 365.

Thread is built and sold by eXpd8 Ltd, a Dublin legal-IT company founded in 2001 that has supplied systems to the legal sector in Ireland and the UK. Thread was launched in collaboration with Microsoft.
