What It Does

OpenText eDiscovery is the electronic-discovery platform from OpenText, the Waterloo, Ontario information-management company. It covers the e-discovery lifecycle across the EDRM model — identification, legal hold, collection, processing, analysis, review, and production — with cloud, on-premises, or hybrid deployment. OpenText adds AI features (branded Aviator/Legal Tech AI) for document classification and review. It is one product line in OpenText’s portfolio, partly built on its 2016 Recommind acquisition.
