What It Does
OpenText eDiscovery is the electronic-discovery platform from OpenText, the Waterloo, Ontario information-management company. It covers the e-discovery lifecycle across the EDRM model — identification, legal hold, collection, processing, analysis, review, and production — and can be deployed in the cloud, on-premises, or hybrid. OpenText layers AI features (branded Aviator/Legal Tech AI) for tasks like document classification and review prioritisation. It is one product line within OpenText’s broader portfolio, partly built on its earlier Recommind acquisition.
