Legisway is an enterprise legal management product for corporate legal departments, part of Wolters Kluwer. It provides a single system to store, track and report on contracts, legal entities, corporate governance, IP, claims, real estate and outside-counsel spend. More recent additions include AI features — Legisway Analyzer for natural-language clause extraction and Legisway Advisor for contract review and redrafting.

What We Found

Legisway began as a France-based startup and was acquired by Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory in 2019. It has since been developed within Wolters Kluwer’s product line and launched in the United States. It sits in the in-house / legal-ops segment rather than the law-firm market.
