What It Does

RegLab (reglab.com) provides AML compliance and client-onboarding software for law firms, notaries, tax advisers and investment funds, primarily in the Netherlands. The platform automates client identification and onboarding, the matter-approval process, and ongoing monitoring — screening new matters against PEP lists, sanctions, watchlists and adverse media from a single application rather than separate subscriptions. Alongside the software, RegLab offers AML specialists who advise on policy, training and complex cases.

What We Found

RegLab was founded in 2017 in Haarlem by Tomasz Rzany, Joost Tulkens and Pieter Hallebeek. After establishing itself in the Dutch market it expanded into Spain, France and Belgium. The company’s “market leader” framing is its own claim.
