Negotiagent

What it is

What It Does

negotiagent is an AI contract-negotiation tool that trains agents on a user’s own negotiation history and style to suggest redlines during a negotiation. Rather than using a fixed contract playbook, it builds what it calls an “Acceptable Contract Range” from a user’s past deals — the changes made to each provision over time — and uses that range to guide each round. It works through a Microsoft Word plug-in.

The company frames its approach as moving from AI “copilots” to more autonomous “autopilots” for contract work. This is distinct from Icertis’s similarly named NegotiateAI product.
