Native AI Review By Consilio

What it is

What It Does

Native AI Review is a generative-AI document-review product from Consilio, the legal-services and e-discovery provider. It runs as an app inside third-party review platforms and processes data within Consilio’s own private data centres, so client data stays on a private cloud while large language models do the review. It produces AI Review output and an AI Privilege Log, with evidence citations for each decision so reviewers can trace the basis of a call.

This is a product within Consilio’s e-discovery line, not a standalone company. Consilio broadly launched it in December 2024.

Who It’s For

Aimed at e-discovery and litigation teams handling large document volumes — from small matters up to litigation involving millions of documents. The privilege-log feature is most relevant to review managers and litigation support.

What We Found

Consilio announced the broad launch of Native AI Review in December 2024, positioning it as an extension of its generative-AI e-discovery offerings. Consilio has since acquired TrueLaw, expanding its legal-data AI capabilities.
