What It Does

Lima (Lima Forensic Case Management) is digital-forensic and ediscovery case management software, originally created by the digital forensics team at IntaForensics and now run as a separate product. It handles the forensic process from evidence collection through case reporting, with chain-of-custody tracking, evidence and contact management, indexing and reporting. It is aimed at forensic laboratories, law enforcement and private-sector forensic providers.

What We Found

Lima supports compliance with ISO 17025 and the Forensic Science Regulator’s Code of Practice. IntaForensics states Lima is used by a majority of UK law-enforcement digital forensic units as well as regulatory and commercial labs internationally.
