What It Does

Ipro is an eDiscovery and information governance product line now part of Reveal. It covers data collection, processing, review, and analysis across the eDiscovery workflow, and historically served on-premise and information-governance use cases. Reveal acquired Ipro (alongside Logikcull) in 2023 and has since folded its technology into the broader Reveal platform.

What We Found

Reveal announced the acquisition of both Ipro and Logikcull on 29 August 2023, in transactions reported at over $1B and funded by Reveal’s majority shareholder, K1 Investment Management (per Legal IT Insider and Legal Dive). Reveal positioned Ipro for its global reach, information-governance tools, and on-premise client base, and Logikcull for small and mid-sized customers. In January 2024, ProFile Discovery completed a full transition to Reveal’s platform following the Ipro acquisition.
