What It Does

TheMediator.AI is a consumer-facing app for AI-assisted dispute resolution. One party starts a dispute and invites the other by SMS; each side submits its perspective privately, the AI summarises the key points and areas of agreement, and it proposes a resolution once both sides are ready. The product positions itself for everyday low-stakes conflicts (roommates, neighbours, family, friends) rather than formal legal matters. Its own materials state it is a communication facilitator — not a judge, lawyer or court — and does not provide legal advice or binding rulings. It is available on Google Play.

What We Found

The vendor publishes a website and blog and is available as an Android app (developer ca.underlabs.mediator). Its own materials cite a flat $4.99 per full mediation. We did not find independent reviews, ratings, funding or third-party adoption data. This sits closer to consumer ODR (online dispute resolution) than to court or law-firm software.

What We Haven’t Verified

  • Pricing ($4.99 per mediation) — vendor-stated, not independently confirmed.
  • User numbers, ratings, funding — none found.
  • Company HQ, founding date, headcount — not confirmed from a primary source.
