The Link App

What It Does

The Link App is a client communication and case-update platform for law firms. It gives firms a branded client portal and mobile app (iOS and Android) where clients can message the firm, share and receive documents, and track case progress. The product can run stand-alone or connect to existing case management systems; its own materials list integrations with platforms including Eclipse, SOS, Tikit and LexisNexis. It has operated since 2014 and is associated with the UK/Scotland legal market.

What We Found

The Link App is listed on the major software directories (Capterra, GetApp, Software Advice) and appears in UK-focused legal tech contexts, including a partner listing via Denovo for Scotland-based firms. We did not find a verified review count or independent G2/Capterra rating to cite here.

Note on naming: a separate product, “LINK App by Mobile Helix,” also appears in legal tech directories. That is a different vendor. This entry covers thelinkapp.com.
