What it is

What It Does

PONS is an AI workspace for legal work that bundles research, drafting, matter management and document processing in one place. On contracts, users upload large sets of agreements from a data room, define the clauses and terms they care about, and get a structured report; the platform also generates review playbooks from existing agreements and runs incoming contracts against them. Its research feature searches legislation, case law and regulatory sources alongside a firm’s own knowledge base. It targets law firms and in-house deal teams.

What We Found

PONS markets independent security audits — ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II and GDPR — plus an A+ penetration-testing rating, and emphasises hosting for sensitive legal data. These certifications are vendor-stated; we have not inspected the audit reports. We found no substantial independent review or community discussion yet.
