Markify ProSearch

What It Does

Markify ProSearch is a trademark screening, clearance and analysis platform used by in-house IP departments and law firms. It runs searches across trademark databases (the vendor cites 240+ registers including WIPO and EUIPO) using machine-learning algorithms to surface identical and confusingly similar word and image marks, ranked by relevance. The product also covers business-name searching and watch services that report new applications by a given owner.

What We Found

Markify is a product of Questel. Markify was founded in 2010 in Stockholm and acquired by IP-solutions provider Questel in March 2022 (Questel reported the team at around 30 people at acquisition). It is now marketed as “Markify, a Questel Solution.”

What We Haven’t Verified

• “240+ databases” / “190 registers” / “+200M companies” coverage figures — vendor claims, not independently tested.
• “More than 50% savings” — vendor pricing claim; list pricing not published.
• No reviews verified on G2; a Capterra listing exists but ratings were not confirmed.
