What It Does

Equinox Corporate is an intellectual-property management and docketing product aimed at corporate IP teams, part of Questel’s Equinox IPMS suite. It is built for in-house IP departments to manage patent renewals, trademark watches, EP validations, deadlines, quotes, service instructions, status monitoring, and reporting from a single system. A larger tier, Equinox Corporate+, targets bigger corporate portfolios.

What We Found

Equinox is the IP management system originally launched in 2006 by a UK-based company of the same name. Questel acquired a majority stake in Equinox in December 2022 and now markets the Equinox suite, which also includes Equinox Law Firm (private practice) and Equinox Invention. In March 2025 Questel announced AI functionality across the Equinox IPMS line.

• Pricing — not published; demo required.
• The vendor’s stated AI efficiency figures (a 90% efficiency boost / 80% faster collaboration) — we are passing these through, not verifying them.
