What It Does

Buptle (법틀) is a South Korean corporate legal-management platform that brings contract management, e-signature, litigation tracking, and legal-consultation workflows together in one cloud system. It targets in-house legal teams, with a focus on giving small and mid-sized companies contract-management capabilities that have historically been bundled into expensive enterprise systems. It covers the document drafting, review, execution, and matter-tracking stages of in-house legal work.

What We Found

Buptle launched in August 2017, reported by Korean trade press (Electronic Times / etnews) as an online corporate contract-management solution. Its site describes contract review and execution, multiple digital-signature methods, contract history and negotiation features, and a franchise-contract management module. The vendor positions itself as a leading Korean corporate legal-management system — a self-description we have not independently ranked.
