RightNow Group is a real legal-adjacent company, but it does not belong in the practitioner software workflow registry. The live March 2026 site positions RightNow as a consumer-rights reimbursement service: online casino losses, data-breach compensation, streaming refunds, and flight-rights claims, all framed around ‘money back without risk’ and immediate payout. The company’s own About page says it has helped more than 500,000 consumers and recovered over EUR100 million, while explaining that the business exists to enforce consumer rights with technology and legal expertise. Third-party profiles reinforce the same model: EU-Startups describes RightNow as a consumer factoring company that buys claims and reimburses a major portion within 24 hours, and Beck reported on February 27, 2025 that RightNow had filed for insolvency after buying consumers’ claims and then pursuing enforcement itself. The 2026 version of the company says QE Capital acquired the brand and core assets in 2025 after that insolvency. What never surfaced in any search was a practitioner-facing matter workspace, law-firm case-management product, legal ops deployment, API platform, or documented lawyer portal. This should be skipped and marked out of scope for case-management enrichment.
